Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

It is impossible to get help on the phone they work there at around your question for hours and then say they’ll call you back and never do! Terrible customer service! The sonnet website sucks! I have 2 vehicles insured and all of a sudden 1 disappeared off of my policy and they won’t get back to me with a solution!

I never really had to do a quote online before and I've been with my insurance company for a 20 years or more so I did a quote online anyways got a cheap quote so I signed up and became a client it was fast and simple

Felt like my previous Insurance was putting me through the ringer so I switched and I am glad I did. I was looking for quotes online came across sonnet and was signed up with a great quote within 5 minutes. Was pretty much the easiest thing I have ever done regarding insurance. Recommend to everyone that talks to me about insurance because its worth it to check out.

I made a typographical error on my applications. this was not caught initially. I paid my monthly fee and deposit - over $600. Then I received an email that my insurance is cancelled immediately. I try to reapply was told I have to wait 30 days in order to requote. Why can't Sonnet help me on the phone and make the correction? Why does Sonnet cancel my policy and make me re-apply? I have been on the phone for 45 minutes TWICE! 90 minutes and the problem is still not resolved.

You promised that you would review my policy after I had submitted my Driver's license history showing when I started driving. I am still waiting.
