New and hopeful customer...
I just signed on with Sonnet and have no real experience with them yet. I had to call them for clarification on an item and had to wait on hold for 20 minutes so I am hoping that it not the normal wait time when I really need to speak to them. So far, so good!

I have been waiting for our home…
I have been waiting for our home insurance quote for 3 weeks. I have emailed multiple times and have heard nothing.
I had no issues with car insurance but you lack customer service.
