I made the change to Sonnet years ago. They are so great to work with. When you can’t do it yourself online. Someone is always available to help during business hours.
Getting insurance was very easy online to sign up. Their website was very detailed but good to navigate. Customer service over the phone was very polite and helpful. I would recommend them.
I've been dealing with Sonnett for a number of years on multiple vehicles and I have to say it is the easiest insurance company I have ever gotten insurance from. Everything is online and at my fingertips when I need to access things like forms, balances and so on..
