Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Sonnet insurance is very easy to understand and services is awesome , most of things we can do ourselves through online accounts but is needed their customer service is extremely good .

Sonnet is the worst insurance ever. It was all super easy and cheap until you have to deal with someone. Nobody feels responsible or can make a decision. We had two homes insured with them and they cancelled with a one month notice our home insurance in Kelowna during the worst fire season ever. They do not accept any emails anymore as they are worried to have something in written. Instead they want me to use the online chat? Every insurance is extending their insurance automatically for another month until the fires are out and the other insurance can take over, as insurances do mostly not take on new homes within a 50km of a fire. Sonnet does not care at all... they only go after your money and don't care what your situation is. Call in and ask them some real question and you will find out that you will not get any professional advice from them. I regret I trusted them in the first place... I did not realized back than that I risked our home because of their ignorance and selfishness. Keep away from them!
