My father in law was in an accident Saturday we filed claim right after accident. It is now Monday night no one has contacted us either via phone or email. No rental and truck is in a towing yard somewhere. I have been on hold 45 minutes and I've Calle twice already the adjuster directly with no response. 3 emails to adjuster no response. One phone call to sonnet earlier and they said they know nothing about our claim. Between our two policies we have 3 vehicles insured with them for 5-6 years now. Totally unacceptable.
