Ollies's 1 Year THR Exam

A year ago, our wonderful little rescue puppy had a Total Hip Replacement ("THR"). PB was there once again to cover the vast majority of the very expensive procedure. Recently we took Ollie in for a 1 year check-up of his THR. Thankfully everything checked out great. PB covered the 1 year check-up within days of my clam submission. I cannot say enough about Pets Best and how not only have they alleviated our financial concerns but also our emotional concerns about Ollie's recovery. Many thanks to PB for aways being there for our Pets and especially little Ollie!

Make the Switch!

I recently had signed our dog up for insurance with Figo and we never got reimbursed and following the policy information, even after contacting customer support for clarification. I decided to switch to Pets Best and while it cost slightly more, we have already been reimbursed, had an easier time following and managing our policy, and submitting and tracking claims. Pets Best is a wonderful group that provides peace of mind for my dog and my wallet.

initial scepticism but am very pleased after the initial hiccup. submitting claims are easy but need to make sure they are scanned separately as reading additional pages is ???? overall very pleased with the company

Saving Sushi

My 5 yr old male cat Sushi has been battling osteosarcoma and PetsBest has literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars. The first claim took around a month to process and while that was a little stressful they were able to approve it. After the first claim the rest were a breeze. If any issues came up I could just give them a call (30-45 min wait time but I didn't mind) and we would talk through the problem. I'm so incredibly grateful for PetsBest, they are angels and I will always recommend them to everyone. To the PetsBest team: Thank you so so much, you have taken the financial aspect out of this nightmare and instead we can pour ourselves into solutions, next steps and hope.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
