We get our claims adjudicated quickly. We don't get all the money we spent, but I guess that's part of the deal with this pet insurance.

The claims process has been simplified
The claims process has been simplified, no longer requiring scanned/signed forms. It was extremely easy to submit invoices and vet notes, all without further explanation or clarification. I received payment the next day!
