Im so glad I got puppy insurance
Im so glad I got puppy insurance. Literally saved my pocket book for this unfortunate emergency. pup is good now after multiple visits. Met life was very fast in replying, paying out the remaining expenses. The website is so easy to use.

There was no explanation of when the policy could be used prior to submitting a payment. Once I paid the premium, THEN I was informed as to how long the wait time would be.
That needs to be addressed.
