LOVE LOVE LOVE this pet insurance

There's not another company that comes close. Top notch to say the least. They are extremely fast at reimbursements, easy to submit your bills online. The entire process is super quick and easy. Claim denied - No explanation

Submitted a claim and got an email to check status. It says it was denied but there is no explanation as to why. Really has made me second guess having the policy and if I will continue it.

Very upset that you didn’t cover for my…

Very upset that you didn’t cover for my dogs cleaning. I don’t understand paying $92 a month for insurance that doesn’t cover what’s important to prevent unnecessary problems. A simple cleaning is all that I had for my dog.
