Quick response and claim time
Very Quick response and claim time. Easy to submit documents on computer or app. The only thing I would improve is the total cap per year, and the ability for my vet to submit everything.

Great because the app is easy to use…
Great because the app is easy to use and communication is great when missing info for claims. Not great because the premiums are awfully high and keep going up.
