ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

Ok, this is my second time writing a review for many pets. The first time I rated them 5 stars due their outstanding customer service. Let me just say this, they deserve this 5 star as well due to the speedy response that I received from filing my first claim. I filed a claim on Monday, November 28 and they immediately sent a email confirming that they received the claim. Wednesday, November 30, I woke up to a email confirming that my claimed was approved and the reimbursement was also in my acct. I have read the reviews from others bragging about how fast they are with responding to claims and I was in disbelief, but I am here to tell you that it is totally true. Thank you so much Many Pets for your outstanding customer service!

What made this experience great was that I was able to review this company against others, and thought it was a good value. I have never shopped for pet insurance before, but had to AFTER I spent over $13,000 on my prior dog who still had to be put down because of doctor's error or misdiagnosis.

I really am lost for words in a sense. I chose Many Pets for my bloodhound puppy Boudreaux. My experience was great, loved the coverage, great customer service, and very easy to use. Unfortunately, Boudreaux was hit by a car and killed. It was devastating to say the least. I contacted customer service to cancel my policy. The women I spoke with was incredibly kind and comforting. Yesterday I received a hand written condolence card from the Many Pets team and it made me cry. You truly are thoughtful and go the extra mile for your customers. That card was very special to me and I cannot thank you enough for it.

This was an easy process. After doing my homework comparing different insurers, I selected Many Pets, chose my options and placed the order. It was quickly approved and we were set to go. No glitches

Great customer service and super easy to add another pet to my plan. I do wish there was a multi pet discount.
