Never had pet insurance before

Never had pet insurance before. My friends encouraged me to get it, I chose ManyPets. My dog is never sick this was just a precaution. Then she had some issues. Oh now I’m told “that’s not covered”. This insurance industry is in the business of “get your money and then figure out how NOT to pay!” No thanks I’ll go it on my own!

What a great company

What a great company! Customer service is always polite. They answer emails quickly and helped fix a problem i was having with my billing. Have recommended them to everyone!
