After researching other pet insurance…my decision was with Fetch
After researching other pet insurance for my dog, Ziggy, I decided to insure Ziggy with Fetch. I called last week, July 1, 2026 and spoke with the agent that answered my call and questions that I had concerning costs and coverages. I spoke with a very nice and friendly Pet Advisor from Wyoming, Megan Hampton. She answered all my questions and was never pushy or intimidating. After our conversation, I informed her that I was also considering another insurance co and would do some more research. Today, July 8, I called the phone number that I was connected with last week. I asked the person that answered if he could transfer me to Megan and he was very accommodating. After a few more questions that were answered, I informed Megan that I would like to insure Ziggy with Fetch. She emailed me all the pertinent info I would need to get his coverage started. Thank you Megan for your patience, knowledge, and kindness during this process!
Unable to connect with a human when in need of claim result consultation. Last two claims were both several hundred dollars and only received $5 and $10 respectively as reimbursements for Sheka and Blue (cats). My wife is Theresa Quinones 408-307-2080 owns the account and I pay the premiums. We very much NEED understandable explanation as to why these claims are resulting in this manner. I am very disturbed with this experience so far and would like to discuss before I submit my experiences to trustpilot, yelp, etc. Please dont force me to execute as I am VERY good at it. My wife deserves a human support to help her understand why you are NOT properly handling our coverage.
