We came home last week and our dog had lost the ability to use his back legs.. our vet, who we paid to be a patient at this clinic, told us it wasn’t an emergency and to seek care elsewhere. We went to VSP expecting the worst for our dog and the worst happened. He had cancer that progressed too far and it was his time. The staff and Vet on June 2, 2026 were some of the most professional and caring people that my wife and I had encountered from any business in quite awhile. The passing of our dog was very heartbreaking, but the staff was very understanding, passionate, and, most importantly, very kind to my wife. A week goes by and we get this letter in the mail. A personalized card with our dog’s nose and paw prints. I understand marketing fairly well, but to reach out to us like this has me view this establishment in the highest regard I could possibly for any business. Thank you all so very much for what you all do. Hopefully we won’t see you again for a while, but it means a lot to me that you all acted in the manner in which you did that day and still do. Thanks again and please keep up the fantastic work you all do.

I feel great about VSP's care. Everything was explained and care was taken to explain in a way that was easy for me to understand. My background is health care with humans so I am familiar with medical terminology which likely helped. The front desk person was so kind and professional. She was also the one who took my call. Her reasoning and dialogue with me was very helpful. The vet was very nice and compassionate. Really everyone was so kind. I wish this were always true of those in human health care. Essentially everything was great. The only negative would be the delay in receiving the radiology report since we were discharged and already on the way home when I received the call that Bella needed additional follow up and was basically an ongoing emergency. I live 86 miles away. But I do know that someone has to “read” the x-ray and dictate their report.

Gabbie R is absolutely amazing! We had to bring our dog in and she was incredibly enduring! Her personality, knowledge, experience, and relatability made our experience memorable and comforting. We made great decisions by working through her and she definitely built our trust. Dr. Novak was just the same; he helped us identify things we could improve for our fur baby. Super relatable, helpful, and knowledgeable! We could not be happier coming to this urgent care center for our dog. Probably the best decision we’ve made for her in a very long time. I wish there was an attached veterinary office so we could switch them for her regular care. Kudos to the hiring team for identifying this talent!!

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC (I've had bad experiences with other businesses in order to have this range of comparison). I was recommended here because my dog's PCP vet couldn't squeeze her in. It was quick and easy to book a same day appointment online. From the moment I walked in, all staff members I encountered were welcoming, patient, and accommodating for my dog and myself. Everything was clean and nicely furnished/decorated. The care my dog received was thorough and I felt as if they truly cared about her comfort and health. I wasn't able to follow all of the recommendations due to $ (the pricing was not outrageous, especially for an urgent care, but it is Christmas time), but I wasn't made to feel guilty or ashamed. Amanda was very sweet and understanding. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend to anyone for urgent pet needs. Hope my baby stays well, but if not, I know where I'm coming in case of an emergency. Edit: a repeat customer. Another exceptional experience! The staff is so compassionate and understanding! And transparent. No hidden bs. Highly recommend!

Heart Humane Society

I've visited this practice 3 times for emergencies and I've been very happy with the care we've received! The staff are amazingly compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am very grateful for their care and tell everyone about VSP! Everyone on staff was amazing! Dr. Cornelius (I believe that was her name) is one of the best vets I've ever met! She took excellent care of our foster puppy's deep laceration and the closure of the would was beautiful! Literally everything!
