The Dermatologist Animal Clinic was wonderful! The space is big and welcoming, and we got into a room very quickly — which is perfect when you have a reactive dog who can be wary of vets. Our vet was kind and sweet, and my dog actually warmed up to her, “telling” her they were going to be best friends. It was such a great interaction to see and made the whole space feel safe for her. They even had complimentary drinks — Sprite, soda, water, hot chocolate, coffee — which was such a nice touch. Everyone we met was genuinely kind and caring. If this could be my dog’s regular vet, I’d take her here every time. I got so much helpful information, including a detailed care sheet with the vet’s notes and their thoughts on her situation, plus care instructions to share with anyone who might babysit her. They even had an “itching scale” (like a pain scale) to help track her comfort level — I thought that was amazing! Overall, an excellent experience and I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

Dr. Griffin and her staff were very attentive and seemed to truly care about my dog's needs. She was very knowledgeable and gave me options as well as her recommendation for my pets care. The whole clinic in general is great. From the time we were met at the door, lead to our room by Josie, spoke with Dr. Griffin and checked out, everything was just right. I'm glad I was referred to this facility.

The whole staff was amazing. From the time we entered until we left. Very welcoming and loved on our pit bull mix. They never treated her like she was a monster. They loved on her and made her feel welcomed and not scared through the whole visit. Every staff member that was there on 12/26 that interacted with our Bella. They were all amazing and friendly. Thank you for calming our nerves and making us and Bella feel seen and welcomed.

This was our first experience with this office and it was a 10/10. From the initial call - inquiring and sharing our concerns through the visit and checkout, I was very impressed. The team is compassionate, thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel very supported and comfortable with the care plan for my sweet little Livvi!
