I am not very judgmental about business, but when it comes to my family’s health and my pets, which are also my kids, I am. So with that say this previous visit at Jefferson town clinic was my worst visit ever disorganized not sure how they wanted to place us than I was told on the phone my dog has not seen the vet for over a year we was just there this past March I only needed refill which could have been easily handled over the phone but I guess you wanted that money than selling me everything from A to Z is reason for the “lie” ? When we was there than I authorized a blood work for hearworn the tech must poke my dog 6 times never was able to draw blood than Vet came in did it her self told me will only take 20 minutes I told them just call me and verify my number never called me 24 hours past I had to call to get results there’s other things but I am tired writing but simply was the worst ever I hadd never seen this before all the years we been there maybe time for a change very very disappointing very

We love this practice! We have taken our 2 large breed dogs here for numerous check-ups, emergencies and surgeries. The staff are all wonderful, the prices are extremely fair and both veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable. They are wonderful at working with our large reactive dog.

This office is absolutely wonderful! The staff is incredibly caring and professional, and they treat every pet like family. The doctors are thorough, knowledgeable, and take time to answer all your questions. The facility is spotless and modern. What really impressed me most was their genuine compassion and their commitment to providing the best possible care. My cat recently underwent surgery and he is recovering beautifully. They always follow up to check on your pet's progress. Also, the pricing for all services is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this veterinary practice for your pet care needs.

If you are considering using Hopewell, DO IT! The ENTIRE staff is absolutely amazing, from the team up front, techs, the Doctors, and the groomer. We have had nothing but positive experiences in the years we’ve have been with them. Our 17 year old cat, Oreo, passed last year due to cancer. But with the treatment given by her team, we got over a year with her after her diagnosis. We are so grateful for how the staff treated us and our girl all the way to the end. We won’t ever use another clinic if we can help it. They are truly the type of people you want caring for your fur babies! Photos of all of our pets they help keep healthy including our 15 year old pitbull mix and strays Hopewell helped us scan for a possible chip and get treatment for before being adopted out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been going to Hopewell and seeing Dr. Brown for at least 14 years, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with the care of my pets. Dr. Brown is simply the best. She has been there for me and my pets throughout their lives—from the happy times to the difficult moments when it was time to say goodbye. The care, kindness, and compassion she has shown not only to my pets, but also to me, is unmatched. Dr. Brown’s staff is just as wonderful. They are always warm, caring, and welcoming. When one of my pets is in their care, I never have to worry because I know they are in the very best hands. After all these years, I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Brown, for taking such wonderful care of my pets and for being there through every stage of their lives. It means more to me than you know. ❤️🐾
