I suspected my 9 week old girl had a UTI. After being up all night, Dr. Alex and his team were able to get us in same day for evaluation. We left with all the treatments she needed and at an extremely affordable price. I would have paid double going anywhere else. My Alice girl felt right at home because she went fast asleep on the table ♥️ will be making this our new vet home for all my fur babies.

Just want to say thank you to DR Alex and his team for taking care of our baby Daisy. Due to health reasons we had to put her to sleep at only 8 years old. At 58 years old this was the first best friend I’ve had to deal with this and DR Alex and his team were caring,gentle,comforting and loving at the end.

We've been taking our babies to Dr Alex for over 5 years and him and his staff have always been amazing with our babies. We had to say good-bye to our sweet boy yesterday (not the news we were expecting but knew he was in bad shape), and Dr Alex was incredibly thoughtful with his explanation of the process. He consoled us, prayed over our sweet boy and our family. He and his staff did not rush us out; they allowed us to be with him while we said our goodbyes. They provided us a cute little keepsake so can cherish him for always. We appreciate Dr Alex and his staff as we know how incredibly sad they all were to see our boy go. They are a great example of what ‘community’ and ‘family’ really means. Our next journey with Dr Alex awaits our little guy as he will be having surgery soon. He’s still young and we know he will be just fine. Thank you Dr Alex and team for helping us with the hardest part of being a human to an amazing dog. May God continue to bless you and your practice now and always.

This review is long overdue, as Zonda has been under Dr. Alex’s care since she was just 10 weeks old. Now, at 1 year and 8 months, I am filled with gratitude looking back at how far she’s come. Back in February, I made the unfortunate decision to have her spayed by the breeder's recommended vet, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. Zonda suffered from severe internal bleeding, and we nearly lost her. She had to undergo another major emergency surgery at a clinic to stop the bleeding. Thanks to the incredible care she received, she pulled through. However, it was Dr. Alex's aftercare that truly made all the difference. Zonda was depleted, and the road to recovery was incredibly tough. Dr. Alex’s patience with me, an anxious, “overbearing dog mom” was beyond comforting. He reassured me in ways that no other vet had, and his support meant everything during those stressful days. He even went out of his way to call me after hours to go over test results and check on her progress. His dedication to Zonda's health gave me confidence and peace of mind, and I’m forever grateful for that. Every visit to Dr. Alex is a reminder of his exceptional care and attentiveness. He always listens to my concerns and never rushes through an appointment. Zonda, despite the occasional long waits (which I understand are just a part of the personalized care they give), has come out of every visit healthier and happier. She even knows Dr. Alex’s name and gets so excited to see him that she wagged her tail so hard once it ended up swollen the next day! To Dr. Alex and the entire staff, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you've done and continue to do for Zonda and me. Your compassion and expertise mean the world to us.

As always the vet techs and Dr Alex were kind and amazing. I have gone to Pet Xpert with several animals and will always recommend this clinic. Dr Alex always takes the time needed and explains things on a level easy to understand.
