Ashlie was a wonderful tech. She’s friendly and gentle with my cat and very informative with any care plans provided. Dr. Carter was very detailed and kind, she went through all of our concerns and offered many solutions. Would highly recommend this office. The front desk girls were also so welcoming!! Mr. Zen is also a cutie :)

We had our very itchy French Bulldog be seen by Dr. Anne Kerley on Monday morning. We were so concerned because he was experiencing severe hair loss and absolute awful discomfort. When I called to make an appointment, Jocelyn was very understanding and got us in for the earliest available appointment. The front desk team was so welcoming when we came in July 13th. Dr. Kerley’s thorough exam and caring concern helped us agree to a plan for treating his diagnosed severe skin infection. Everything was explained on a printed estimate beforehand, allowing for transparency and for us to stay in budget for his visit. The two Vet Techs working alongside Dr. Kerley—Gianna and Paulina—made sure my Elvis was as comfortable as possible and that helped the visit go smoothly. He’s a very nervous dog and it made me feel relief when he was trying to walk to the back with everyone after the visit was over! The itch and discomfort reduced dramatically later that evening. We’re a few days in and he’s much more back to himself. Looking forward to his recheck appointment and switching over to Pet Paradise Animal Hospital with our other French Bulldogs.

Another outstanding experience at Pet Paradise! Brought our yorkie in for check up. Amber, Danielle and our new doctor Dr. Kerley were so gentle and loving during our visit. Very thorough with questions and helpful instructions. We love pet paradise!

Amber is really kind, careful, explanatory, listening attentively and helping us understand our puppy. I am very satisfied with the attention of Amber and with the attention of the staff of this clinic they are very friendly. The attention we have received is excellent. 100% recommended.

Amber was my technician and she was so informative and helpful with the little destika needed to help my sick boy. Doc O was tentative and kind to my boy. I did a kennel tour with Ashley and the rooms were wonderful sizes and comfy. The yard was bright and clean and looked like so much fun for my dog to fun and play in! Ashley was very detailed and informed on the schedule and let me know she would be here to give my dog their meds during their stay as well. She was AMAZING!! THANK YOU PET PARADISE TEAM!!
