I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice, the owners, docs, techs and staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. The care is superior and the personalized attention is incredible. We drive further to this practice by choice because our pets are extremely important to us and the extra time and mileage is worth it. A special thank you to Dr Anne and Morgan for their compassion and care when our lab Winston recently crossed over. There’s no other vet practice I trust with my furbabies than North Orange Animal Hospital.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary hospital and the incredible team that works there. From the front desk staff to the veterinary technicians and the veterinarian who treated my dog, every person we encountered demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise. My dog was experiencing very unusual but clearly serious symptoms. When I called for an appointment, the staff took the time to carefully review her records and thoughtfully considered her needs, particularly her fear of men. Although scheduling constraints meant she needed to be seen sooner than a female veterinarian was available, I agreed to have her seen by a male veterinarian because of the urgency of her condition. The team immediately worked to accommodate us and squeezed her in that same afternoon. From the moment we arrived, their attentiveness was remarkable. Because my dog was struggling to stand, a veterinary technician came outside to greet us and assess her before we even entered the building. Every interaction reflected an understanding of both her medical condition and her fear-based behaviors. They treated her with patience, respect, and genuine care. The veterinarian conducted a thorough yet focused workup, carefully balancing the need for answers with the urgency of her condition. Every test that was recommended was clearly justified and explained. The results revealed several concerns, some related and some unrelated to the issue that brought us in. Throughout the process, the veterinarian communicated clearly and confidently, explaining his thought process and treatment recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. What impressed me most was the team’s vigilance and sense of urgency. In our way home, they reviewed her electrolyte results and discovered she was at risk of going into potassium shock. Despite it being after hours, they called immediately and instructed us to return without delay. When we arrived, they already had everything prepared to begin treatment. Their quick action and expertise quite literally may have saved her life. We returned the following morning for additional fluids and follow-up care, and the level of support never wavered. The front desk staff and office manager were incredibly empathetic, accommodating, and reassuring during a very stressful time. I have never experienced this level of care - not even in human medicine. This hospital stands apart because it combines exceptional medical knowledge with genuine empathy and compassion. Their ability to act quickly, communicate clearly, and provide individualized care turned an overwhelming situation into one that felt manageable. I truly believe my dog is still here today because of their knowledge, experience, and prompt treatment. I am profoundly grateful to every member of this team and cannot thank them enough for the care they provided during one of a very frightening experience.

We recently had to say goodbye to our sweet Pumpkin, and while it was an incredibly difficult experience, the care we received meant so much to us. The entire staff and doctors were kind, compassionate, and supportive every step of the way. They truly made a hard time a little easier. After looking around for a bit to help my dog with her torn “acl” I found this spot. When I called the staff was so kind and patient as I was frustrated with the responses I received from other hospitals. Once I went in, the very awesome and eclectic staff was super helpful and the Dr explained everything in great detail. She went in for her surgery and we are on 8 months and she is back to her old rockstar self. They are about an hour away from me so using them my main vet is a little tough, but I highly recommend you reach out to them if you are in need.

Orange Blossom Tails Pet Services Llc. (OBT Pets)

Treated our cat Moe, the Doctors care and the staff have renewed my faith in the animal medical field. Everyone is kind and helpful, Doc and the Techs were awesome. They even called two different times after to check up on Moe. Highly recommended by Orange Blossom Tails!!!❤️
