Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

A must to try, saved $400

I switched to Sonnet after my existing insurance broker had dropped the ball and left me hanging out to dry after my wife was a victim of a hit and run. I love the fact that I am now in full control of all my insurance needs and don't have to rely on a broker to get things done for you. I must honestly say I've never had to make a claim with Sonnet yet, so we'll see what happens then.

Sonnet has made my insurance needs easy and convenient to access myself. It has been a positive switch from my previous insurer and saved me money along the way!

I have been with Sonnet insurance and the experience is really bad. I had an accident and made a claim. Their adjuster never picks calls nor return emails. They never paid my rentals and I had to pay myself. and as I speak, I keep emailing the new adjuster with no response. I was told my claims had been approved but nothing more apart from that. I had an accident since December 9 2021. Their adjusters have no time to respond to calls or emails. I have had my worst experience ever. I won’t advise anybody to be with sonnet insurance. When you need them the most, that’s when they disappoint you. Guys beware

We have had Sonnet for a few years now and we are happy we are protected at a bit more affordable price (we have two cars and our house). We have peace of mind if we ever have something bad happen we would be able to rebuild or replace/fix our vehicles. I didn't give it a 5 star as we have no idea what happens if we have to put in a claim! So far so good and hoping it stays this way!
