Very easy to get a qoute.Very easy to view the policies.Very easy to edit or update the policy.Very convenient.

I have enjoyed everything about sonnet. Their online portals are simple to use. Their representatives over the phone are amazing and so friendly. However, I hit a deer and going through my first claim and so far it has been theft inside a nightmare. Everything was approved except my windshield. Imagine injuring yourself to the point you can’t work and support your family and they only approve half. Their justification is that it was damage from a prior incident. I have no clue of what hypothetical incident they are referring to. I saw the damage happen with my own eyes when I hit the deer. I even had a professional glass technician write a letter stating in his professional opinion they damage was cause by flying debris from the vehicle on impact. Buyer beware

I honestly can't say that I have ever had a better car insurance experience than with Sonnet. I shopped around and even visited another broker. They all wanted more information and were more expensive. Purchasing car insurance through Sonnet's website was easy, quick and affordable. I am going to recommend Sonnet to all my friends. Truly excellent!
