Sonnet canceled my insurance cause they said my license was suspended, after I had sent the documents proving it wasn't suspended they wouldn't renew my insurance.

Because of your two step verification I can't enter my account and do not have the time to call, my phone number has changed, these two step verifications are unnecessary, that is why we have a password. Also my insurance went up at my renewal for something I have no control of,. Where I live and it's sickening. The only reason I haven't switched is because I do not have the cash to make a double payment right now
