I will be looking for rates come renewal date.....other insurance companies give discounts such as your age, how long you've been insured, no claims, maintenance; winter tires....etc

I have been with Sonnet 4 years I missed a payment unbeknownst to me you stated I received 2 letters did not just one!!!and cancelled my policy I have recommended you to many friends who I will contact about your abrupt treatment. You would think during the worst time in Canadian History you would be generous in ensuring “checking” why payment was missed in stead of sending update paydetails and surveys!!! As neither allowed me in a panic to fix? What is actually wrong with people these days? Despicable
