"Customer Service Hero" more like Customer Service Zero
Things were going great with the company until we had to renew our contract. There were so many problems and glitches with their system we were left without insurance and had to go elsewhere even though there was nothing wrong with our account. Not being mean but their customer service and IT department were COMPLETELY useless. I would NOT recommend this company if you do not want to fall through the cracks.

Never had to submit a claim so can't comment on that. However the response to other inquiries has been good.
A little disappointed on how initial pricing was attractive but quickly followed by sharp price increases year after year. Your pricing actuaries should sharpen their pencils.

This company stole money directly from my bank account, I am not, have not and will never be a customer of this company, if I hadn't disputed the charges with my bank they would have walked off with my money. Thieves
