An awful experience
An awful experience. This company was launched as the first customer first insurance co, that is no longer the case. It has quickly become just another insurance company that is only concerned with their own financials

Increasing annual fees
Is my first insurer, 2 years without any accidents or claims. However the annual fee still increases dramatically. They said it was due to cost，expenses or whatever. Understanding but not acceptable, especially when you never claim anything from them.
