I’m very disappointed that one payment…
I’m very disappointed that one payment was rejected because my bank was having maintenance on a Sunday. And sonnet never tried again to take the payment. Yet the following two months later, a successful payment for over due payment was taken from the very same card that was rejected prior. Then I was forced to pay a whole year to obtain a new policy after being cancelled. Seems unfair.
I had one insurance payment default back in 2016, leaving it impossible for me to get insurance unless I paid for a full year up front. I tried every insurance company imaginable when I found Sonnet! Now I'm paying monthly and was so quick and easy.
