Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

It was quick and simple to get signed up. However there was nothing that mentioned about the 2 month upfront payment that was collected even though the policy does not start for another month.

I was able to purchase my insurance online and it ended up working pretty well but I did get some mixed messages when I contacted Sonnet, which was a bit disconcerting.

Professionalism

My experience with this insurance company has been very disappointing. After having my policy for only two months, I received an email informing me that my insurance would be canceled without any explanation. I have always made all of my payments on time and have never failed to meet any of my obligations as a customer. Instead of providing a clear reason, I was simply told to call if I wanted to know why my policy was being canceled. This situation has caused me a great deal of inconvenience because I now have to find another insurance company as quickly as possible to avoid being left without coverage. I believe customers deserve transparency, respect, and a clear explanation when such an important decision is made. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one, and I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve the way they communicate with and treat their customers in the future.
