I got a pretty good quote and was quick and easy to get an account set up
It was an amazing experience. I could take online the policy and could navigate the options easily thanks to explanations provided. Most importantly, it was quick with the policy available in hours.
Have been a member for 6 years. Was t boned at an intersection and have been waiting 2 months now and still no vehicle. I have not been able to reach my adjuster, other then the initial email and I have to call for any updates. Have received multiple calls from the car rental place because they are not getting responses. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Before this I wouldve said it was great. But I guess things are great till it's time for them to do more then recieve payment
