Above & Beyond
I had been to the Ontario Service Centre twice who informed me I needed to have the car insurance in my name before I could transfer ownerships from my deceased husband. Previously I had some information and some misinformation which is why I was turned away twice. My last interaction with Sonnet however was above and beyond my expectations. Over 4 hours on the phone with a very patient agent. I was so grateful. I could not believe the service I got. That's rare these days. I was actually thinking of switching insurance at one point, but this interaction changed my mind.

The website doesn't function well
The website doesn't function well. After multiple attempts using the website to get a quote, I ended up calling. I spoke with Jason, who was very helpful and meticulous, and was able to help me navigate the tricky website.
