Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

The insurance company is great. If you are late for a payment they can help you arrange a date to get catch up on it. The customer service representatives are awesome at what they do.

I love sonnet for the most part. The only thing I think could be improved, is having some sort of support to work on the weekends. When I bought my new car (on a weekend because I work all week during regular business hours) I wasn’t able to update my policy online, and I was unable to call and speak with someone in person on a weekend. Having to wait until the Monday to be able to speak to someone was a bit of a head ache. However, with that aside I love how easy sonnet is to use with every other aspect. Every time I’ve had to call and speak with an agent, the customer service was fantastic.

I really enjoy the service I get from Sonnet, they explain very clear when I had questions. Also the pricing is very reasonable and affordable. Thank you sonnet for having my back. A big thank you.

This is a great company to partner with for ur insurance needs, i am NOT computer savvy, once i went to the site it was simple , u have to pay attention to multi policys to make sure both policy's are being debit to the right account. This is where i went wrong. Fixed with one phone call ,by a very polite and knowledgeable person walked me through the process. I am now a little more at ease with using my device .Thanks .
