Was blocked out website due change of phone number while pulled over by the police so I could not access my PROOF of insurance.,,,how smart of u guys. U guys suck 100%
Very easily to apply and understood everything. Had no problems at all everything was straightforward. I will recommend to everyone I know that needs insurance.
No communication from claims adjuster. Multiple phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. Terrible customer service from the claims department. If we hadn’t just renewed I would cancel and go elsewhere.
