I purchased auto insurance on Oct 14th, 2022 and cancelled it on the same day. I am only being credited half the amount I paid because I cancelled it on “Oct 15th” because that was the only date that was available to select when I cancelled it on Oct 14th and there was no customer service to call. I already spoke to your live agents and it was useless. I also sent e-mails but never heard back. Your company is a scam.
I am 3 weeks into a claim for a total loss and have not even heard from my adjuster despite emails and calls, and my file has been escalated twice with still no response..I have no choice but to file a complaint with the ombudsperson now. Sonnet is good, until you actually need to use your insurance. We won't be staying with Sonnet after this. This experience has been absolutely unacceptable and beyond stressful.
