Horrid experience
Terrible experience. I'm telling everyone I know. Horrid phone call, I was supposed to have a supervisor call me back in 48 hours, that was a week ago. I had a policy, tried to get my son added as just an occasional driver. That wasn't possible so I wanted to STAY WITH MY EXISTING POLICY at SONNET, but you cancelled my policy after taking my 2 month deposit and a 3rd payment. Ridiculous and uncalled for. Why would you give me a policy then withdraw it for no reason? Hopefully my facebook and Twitter posts will warn away a few customers from this scam of a company.
