I found the whole process efficient and seemless. I even had to alter my plan after I had set it up, and that was also simple! The information was clear, steps well laid out, and overall a time effective process.

There when we needed them and super insurance low rates. We would have been lost without them.

Way too pricey. Also I don’t like the multi factor authentication you have to do this every time you goto into your online account. There should be an option to remember this device every 6 months.

Had the lowest quote from them!

I received a quote, cheapest quote amongst the rest. Thought, why not. Please do yourself a favour and just say no to Sonnet. I paid 19 months for full coverage till my finance company requested proof of insurance. Found out I only had liability on my vehicle. Sonnet said they couldn't insure me for full coverage and changed my policy 2 days after signing and receiving my policy. They NEVER notified me. Fast forward to March when I renewed, assumed all was well and they continued to debit my account. They are lazy, let things fall through the cracks and their customer service is the worst I've experienced, screaming, yelling, lying, over talking and that's when I was canceling. I can't believe they let me drive a financed vehicle without full coverage. Please don't give them your hard earned cash. Pay a little more for peace of mind.
