Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Worst insurance company i have ever had the displeasure of using. Its near impossible to change anything on your policy online, so you end up ringing them anyway. I was unable to add my daughter to my policy as according to them her licence was under suspension, three days after she passed her test. Was told that it was being passed onto another department to have the issue rectified. That never happend after giving them over two weeks to fix the issue. When i rang to find out what was happenig i got cut off twice. Gave up and went to TD instead. Ended up taking my house, pet and car insurance (two policies) to TD due to how incompetant Sonnet are. I dread to think how bad the experience would be if i actually ended up putting a claim through them. My renewal was also $25 a month more with Sonnet than i got elsewhere. Taker my advice and avoid this cowboy company.

Simple, easy way to be insured. Cheaper than my previous plan and got my pink slip within 5 days. No complaints

It was so easy and hassle free to get coverage. No problems at all. Easy to use online and great price for coverage. All in all I rate 10/10

They are down right terrible! Cheaper isn't always better You will regret going with them
