Terrible, cancelled my house insurance for no reason…let that go and kept my vehicle insurance. I tried to remove my kids from my insurance as they had their own and moved out on their own. Was unable to remove and was assured it was done, they still took the full amount out of my account and then two weeks later did not remove the kids and clearly they had their own insurance that all insurance providers can see. I spoke with cust service several times to no avail. I cancelled all my policies and went elsewhere. Beware of false assurances from this company….it will cost you big dollars!

If there was a NO STAR they would receive it. I have listened to my son call every single day for almost two months. They are hanging on to money and making money on it. Car is written off... title is signed over and they say "The Team Lead will call you back". Calls are recorded.. if we have to move to that step. Next step is media and ombudsman.

Absolutely awful customer service.. 6 weeks to get an answer for my claim & now it has taken them 2 weeks for them to schedule a pickup for my vehicle to send to impact for total loss .. still have no received my payout/cheque they have everything they requested from me 100% complete title , signatures , info etc. I never got a rental or nothing. My vehicle was a 2017 Mercedes AMG GTS.. my claims adjuster never had updates or anything for me I had to contact him multiple times to get an answer which was usually told the same thing multiple times.. very unacceptable & terrible experience..
