Least effort spent for insurance purchase - process was a breeze!
Applying and buying for a policy online was a breeze! Wow, I wish it’s always that easy for every insurance service I apply for. I like that the quote can be edited too so you can decide which add-ons are best. Contacting customer service via chat is super easy. I can’t rate Sonnet yet for service provided for claims (and not looking forward to anything happening that would require me to make a claim), but I give them 5 stars for my application and purchase experience. I only heard of Sonnet from our corporate discount site and glad I’ve found them!

Good rates
Good rates, not the best customer service at times but gets the job done.
Overall good experience, very difficult to get in contact with adjuster at time, my claim was stressful because of lack of communication.
