It was quick and easy to find the insurance online; right after submitting the application it was approved. Very reliable and prompt; also emails are replied on the same day.

There were issues with registering for insurance with the original quote i received (which was priced much lower than the one I ended up enrolling with). The agent i spoke with advised that it would take several days to get the issue sorted out with tech support which was not conducive to my timeline. As a result i redid my quote from scratch and settled for the higher price i saw.

I got an email saying my premium could not be processed in the amount of 98.68 for November due on the 8th. I tried to log into account but stopped (error 16) security. Contacted advisor and told cannot access account from outside canada must get somebody to do so from inside, tried to do that and Advisor siad email is not secure cannot help. As you know insurance is required to drive a vehicle in Canada and if you cancel mine due to this security reason, please tell me what options I have? I have tried my best. I am able to access my bank accounts, credit cards and so on from here except the insurance. All I want to do is find a way to pay the insurance premium if possible

The speed at which I felt was rather fast and easy and accurate, I am so happy to have the expertise of the company thank you for all the help in getting me set up. I happy to now have insurance.
