I just want to say I loved the sign up procedure it made you feel very confident and you knew you had support right around the corner if there was any issues and the promptness and I really appreciate the prices so I hope to at least meet one of your employees down the road but so far so good thanks again

Terrible customer service I made a huge mistake of getting insurance with you AGAIN. You scheduled a call back with me that never happened your employees are NOT knowledgeable, often times rude and just not helpful.

Stay away! This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with; I rue the day I signed up with them, and am in the process of switching companies. Sonnet, it turns out, buys its insurance from another company it seems.

It was so easy to buy the assurance its like buying from amazon and they have great customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend

My car was stolen 6 weeks ago . After two weeks the adjuster finally made contact with only after I had to call the office to have her contact me . After that she disappeared and another adjuster was appointed to me , all said and done it took 6 weeks to get my settlement which was really low . After talking with other people about their theft claims my took 3 times as long .
