I selected the wrong coverage but couldn't cancel it because the start date was -1. I contacted your Support but because it was Christmas Eve, no one got back to me (and I understand this is a holiday time). However, no one got back to me and it's now 5 days since.

Well, I have not had many claims in my life, but the few I have had for the 10-15 yrs I was with Wawanesa were usually all taken care of within a week, I recently had a claim for vandalism/theft on one of my trucks, an it’s now going on 2 months unresolved…I imagine had I needed a rental it would have been resolved much sooner. Update: January 12 No one besides their claims person has ever attempted to get ahold of me, and he has been ridiculous, simply making me feel like the criminal for my truck getting vandalized, police report numbers have been provided, yet still he insists “I “ provide the reports from the police…and I could possibly be reimbursed “if” they decide to cover me…would you like me to do your job for you as well!…seriously?…this is not a new $100,000 truck, it’s a 22 year old truck and your trying to weasel out of covering it in a known high rural crime area…I’m a almost 50 yr old man with a clean criminal and driving record, who makes good money…just astounding…they are convenient, and that’s about it, virtually impossible to get any real help over the phone…this is the only review I’ve written to date on this site, so it gives you a clue of just how disappointing this whole ordeal with this company has been to get me this fired up
