At the starting I was a bite skeptical about using the website but since I started using it I have never regretted it plus it’s pretty easy and simple to use it, would be nice if you guys had an app tho

Had a claim in September. Was out of province travelling for work. Had to pay for my own tow, and a cab ride to the nearest city to get a rental. Hear from the body shop end of December that my vehicle was a write off. Try to get ahold of my adjuster, nothing on the phone or email, just cricket sounds. Still paying insurance, went to go get stuff from the trunk of my car and it's all gone. Absolutely worst customer experience and information I have ever ever been apart of and had to pay for. If you value your time and property, stay away from this company.

Over the phone customer service was amazing. Very friendly workers and they helped me very quick and efficiently. I will be recommending this insurance to many of my friends.

For me, it was easy online access to an excellent price on home insurance. I'm now paying about 50% less than I would have been paying had I just renewed with my old complacent insurance provider. When my auto insurance policy renewal comes up, Sonnet will be the first place I go to get a quote.

Subpar pricing compared to competitors including Scotia and TD. Lacking customer care for questions. Only settled with Sonnet because it was fast and easy but at the price of $100 extra per month(compared to competitors). Definitely switching when I have the time to do better research.
