Sonnets price in comparison to others was best. They were fast in responding.

Economical operating under Sonnet Insurance both companies are big scam. I had hit and run coverage it clearly say on my policy when I opened a claim they said i dont have hit and run coverage and refused to cover the damage. I had to get a lawyer to slove the case and go through alots of headache . Very rude employees.I would not recommend anyone!!

I purchased a trailer and needed a simple letter from sonnet (my trucks insurance) stating that my trucks policy extends to the trailer, 3 emails and 2 phone calls later, some extreme frustration and finally was able to get them to email me stating this simple thing, but they flat out refused to write a formal letter stating it is covered because in Alberta it is considered "common knowledge) REGARDLESS the client asks for a redundant letter for something the insurance company should not have an issue no other insurance company does so why do they?!? So disappointed, I had to fight that hard to get a stupid letter from them and even then it's not a letter so my lender may not even accept it! So utterly disgusted and disappointed with their service, their senior team is a disgrace because they are the ones who are to lazy to type a 30 second letter for their client.

Their prices are great!

It was hassle free no hidden b.s and the rates and coverage were excellent.
