there's no customer service available by phone frustrating, f I knew I would have to think twice before signing the insurance agreement. Further to your reply, please be advised that my complaint is that you don't have a live agent on the phones. Sonnet doesn't have live agents on the phone

So I was in a accident back in 2021 and they told me to take my car to fix auto so I did they told me 3 weeks till I’d have my car back I was like are you sure they said ya cause I was worried cause I broke my foot at work and had specialist appointments plus my son had specialist appointments and they insured me that it would be done no later then 3 weeks and I told them that I only had 4 weeks on my car rental they said no worries it will be done so when it came close to the 3 weeks I called fixed auto and they said car will not be ready and chances are won’t be ready for another month so I’m freaking out cause now I got one week till I have to take rental back but sonnet still given me the run around and said to me call back when it’s almost up and they would see about extending my rental coverage so I did and the where u called them back cause it had no window of when it would be done they told me I better cancel my specialist appointments till I have my car back and that thier was nothing they would do to help me out and this all happend in winder so fast forward a couple months I’ve been going out to check on my car and calling fix auto to get updates and they say still waiting on parts that it could be a month or more till the last peice comes in so I’m furious at this point my cars sitting out side with the engine all exposed to the snow and my breaks all rusted up so I’m calling pretty much everyday and thier both given run around insurance company and fix auto so another 2 months go by still don’t have my car so at this point I’m saying can it just be wrote off and they said no it can’t be cause it’s drivable and I’m like no it’s not that I’ve been waiting 4 months now and still don’t know when it will be done so finally after another week the part comes in they put it in and fix auto calls and says it done I can come pick it up and so I did and when I got my car back my fuel mileage went down the shitter I went from getting around 550-600+ Kim’s to a full tank down to 300 on full tank tried to take it to dealership to see the problem they say they can’t find problem take it to fix auto they say they can’t find problem to take it back to delearship so I do that again and same answer now it’s been year and a half still have same problem so if you were thinking about getting insurance don’t go to sonnet thier good when you first get with them cause they want your money but once they get it and you need them thier like go online and check your policy and they raise thier prices every year I went from 1334 a year for insure to 1904 a year now to almost 2400 the year after and nexted year it’s going up again cause they got approved for a 12. Something increase insurance don’t go down with them just goes up went I’m 1048 I believe in 2 years beware don’t go to them
