I don't like your pricing, I'm paying more than I used to, $450 even with a ticket is exceedingly high. I was referred to this by a friend who said it would be cheaper or easier to use, but I've not had a good experience at all. Wouldn't recommend to anyone else honestly.
No Compassion for seigniors, I couldn't make a payment due to 5 days…
I couldn't make a payment due to 5 days with no power due to the ice storm and now I am told my policy is cancelled, yet they took the late payment even though thy said that they wouldn't.
How was I to make the payment when all power and cell phone service was out for 5 days ? Employees are robots with no compassion for seigniors.
