I had a car accident(another car hit me) on February 7 2023.I opened a claim and everything goes without any problems. Thanks to Luc Donati(Expert en Sinistre, Claims Adjuster) who was very professional and helpful. Thanks Sonnet Insurance.

I recently moved and had to get a new phone number. Shortly after I moved my credit card was compromised so I had to update my payment information but because I couldn't access my online account myself I had to wait until the following Monday. I called and was told the system was down so the payment information and new phone number couldn't be updated. I was told to call back in a few days, by which time my payment was late. I was told that this wouldn't be an issue, everything was updated and I thought it was fine. Then I got a registered letter. I was accidentally late with a second payment (my error this time) and got a registered letter and my policy was cancelled. I called to explain this and was told there was nothing to be done and I'd have to get a policy from another insurer. I called again and was told this issue would be escalated but I've heard nothing. Bad service, folks (I happen to work for Economical).

how am i supposed to afford this?
