So they are proudly Canada's first…
So they are proudly Canada's first online only insurance company. Great.
Well, the system keeps saying 'Uh Oh Something went wrong. Please Try Again'. Over and over again
So I can't ACTUALLY get a quote.
When I call their customer service line they won't take my call until I've 'successfully saved a quote online'.
But I'm calling to tell them that I CAN'T!!
If this is my experience just trying to get a quote you can damned well be sure I'm not going to become a customer.

Sonnet provided me with the insurance I needed when I recently purchased a used car. I needed to make changes to a policy with another company but was told to contact my broker.
