Getting insurance on my vehicle was fast and easy from start to finish.

I am having the worst service ever I had an accident and it is taking almost 2 weeks that am trying to get in contact with my claim adjuster. I call him email him but he never responds to me. Now this is the 2nd week without any news of my car or anything This is the worst After this case I will break the insurance contract bc there is no way I can pay that much for a worst service ever

I’m giving a 5 star review because I recently switched to you guys and I saved half the cost. However, I changed companies because of dealing with ai instead of humans. I mention this because I’m yet to experience any customer service from you. So I really can’t gauge your company based one on financial transaction. I provided this statement only because your AI contacted me twice in the last week asking for the review. So here u go, barely any assessment done. But I did save half my cost.(yearly,1200 a year to 600)
