They would not facilitate a one time…
They would not facilitate a one time payment online, despite advertising being able to pay online. I literally begged them today to charge my card, and they refused. It is a timed system, and they will not facilitate anything outside of the timed system. This will mean I will be charged extra fees for paying late, despite having no way to give them money outside of the auto charge.
Was looking for help and they sent me the “how to” which am asking for help, can you do it with me but no they make you do everything. It’s something to do with changing our plans. I want to have one payment instead of 2 monthly.
I think the sign up process was super straightforward. I think the price is fair and the money came out of my account the first month with no problems. Thank-you.
