NOT HELPFUL!!!!

does not help at all and does not respond to quotes and not helpful in any way i don't how people have been getting insurance with them. not a very good company in anyway.

Great rates and fantastic customer…

Great rates and fantastic customer service!! Had a small claim from a parking lot hit and run and it was handled promptly. Today's call was about my renewal and the agent named Sutton was outstanding!

Excellent Customer Service

I have used Sonnet Insurance since 2021, and I have never been disappointed. Their self-service online is excellent, and the customer service is always ready to support you when you are stuck.
