Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I've not had to make a claim, so all I can rate on is the ease of the online tool to get a quote and purchase insurance. The rates are generally much better than the competition. Customer service has been very good. Monthly payment using PayPal.

I recently had an at-fault, total loss claim (Hydroplane) with Sonnet. Everything was great; genuinely worth the money for the service. The adjuster was kind, unbiased and patient, and the settlement offer was reasonable. They have a reasonable premium rate, which is more on the low-rate, affordable side.

Mabel, the lady who took my call, was very professional. I checked reviews of the other company I was considering versus Sonnet after that and definitely sticking with Sonnet.

What a pile of crap. I just wanted to remove my ex from my policy. No problem. Other than when I changed my ADDRESS they jacked my insurance $100 per month. I truly regret moving to these parasites and scum. Every time I have tried to use this "you can do every thing on line" NO no you can't and if you do get one of these robots (live?) they don't know or can't tell you without filling out forms and waiting to see what happens. I am done with these jokers. All you people praising these donkeys should try and do something some time. WHATEVER you do don't change your address....it raises you rate $100/mo!!! They tell me it is because their is a different "area" profile....2 miles from where I moved from. I wonder how many other SONNET suck holes know they are being charged because of the neighborhood "profile"... Go ahead Check it out ....you are happy about that......then don't complain about the government giving these parasites the right to do what ever they like. and they do....while they hide behind computer " honest mistakes"...Funny how these "honest Mistakes are never in my favour.

I think Sonnet offers great rates, and when you need help the online agents are great, they know their stuff. When I had to call to make a claim the agent who helped me was polite and calmed my angry self down. I only took away the last star cause I'm switching vehicles and my rates are going up more than I think they should.
